Refund policy

Step 1. Please email us at amriticanada@gmail.com with the order details for returning an order.

Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your return based on the circumstances. 

Step 3. Please make sure that the order is intact, is in resalable condition and packaged in the same box in which it was delivered. You could either ship it on your own or we can arrange for the pick up.

Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate refund.

Refund Terms:

Please note that, a gift coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of monetary refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. - Getting us to collect it from you will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting the reverse shipping fee from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.  

Please note that there will be no deduction for damaged goods (i.e. - the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a gift coupon)
